Refund policy

EvelRide Online, customer satisfaction is important to us. We want every customer to feel confident when shopping for T-Shirts, Rain Gear, Riding Apparel, and Nootropics from our online store. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within the eligible return period after receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Products that show signs of use, damage, washing, or tampering may not be accepted. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain wellness products, including opened nootropics, may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

To start a return, please contact us at info@evlrde.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the product is damaged or incorrect. Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
